Synopsis

The work tells an adventure that suggests some threads that weave the multifaceted feminine essence. Through a balanced action of strength and contemplation, women open their wisdom to the world as if it were a fan woven by years, intelligence, and emotion.

The show is a powerful narrative built with perfectly woven solos and choral choreography. The show combines the individual uniqueness of each performer with the overwhelming power of the group. This woman, who is all women, walks through the story and shares with the audience her knowledge, contradictions, loves, heartbreaks, strengths, weaknesses, insecurities, dissatisfactions, and loneliness. She openly communicates her relationship with the body, desire, motherhood, and the equality that has not yet been achieved…

The choreographies capture a diverse feminine spirit that takes over the action to conquer the real stage, and symbolically, they are five women who storm the stage, which is the stage of life. They are all women who possess a strong uniqueness. Women who think through choreographic and musical concepts about the plurality of the gender they represent, beyond any differences, whether physical, ethnic, religious, cultural, or aesthetic.

Daytime ladies who dance to the rhythm of a principle of harmony, measure, and symmetry, which they then break and recompose, thus capturing, through their bodies, movements, and dreams, the body and the becoming of life. Women who think, dance, and sing, intimate, thoughtful, joyful, ironic, and comical. Women who pay tribute to all the women of the world.

MUJER, explores the popular and classical musical repertoire, with a special investigation into the music of Vivaldi. Working with scores, she reinterprets and adapts classical fragments in a flamenco key. The music explores the free and welcoming dialogue between classical, popular, and flamenco music, interpreted by Vivaldi and his Four Seasons.

Female Sorority
