Under the spell of the Moon that Lorca revered and feared, our show “LUNA” emerges—a theatrical dance that celebrates the poet’s intimate connection with the nocturnal satellite and the dark dance of death.

We explore Lorca’s obsession with the Moon, personifying it as the dancer of death in a seductive and passionate dance that draws the deepest and most tragic stories toward itself. From the verses of “Romance de la luna, luna” to the poet’s many reflections, the Moon stands as both witness and accomplice to his passions and fears.

On this journey through lunar mysteries, you will be immersed in the music of Falla and Granados, accompanied by the performance of José Antonio González reciting Lorca’s prose, the captivating voice of Marta Bolaños, and the flamenco dance of Rocío Pozo alongside Cristina Rivero. The melody of Oliver Curbelo’s piano, Yuniel Rascón’s guitar, and Samuel Medina’s percussion will create the perfect atmosphere to accompany the poet in his nocturnal lament.
